This contemporary, exclusive villa is the sister property of the long-standing Stonefly Lodge located in Motueka. The lodge is as exclusive as it gets – guests must enter through the security gate and a private helipad offers air access.

Falcon Brae has a footprint of nearly 7,000-square-feet, and can accommodate additional overflow families or smaller groups of up to ten people. This new lodge is perched high above Stonefly Lodge on a privately-owned plot. On the land is a private forest perfect for hiking and water activities at either of the two rivers, and the lodge itself offers all-encompassing views of the forest, mountains, and rivers below.

Falcon Brae has the most perfect of locations – located in the midst of three of New Zealand’s national parks. You can easily access any of the well-known activities of the Nelson and Tasman regions. And just like Stonefly, the entire villa is off-grid. Both homes have solar panels that provide more than enough power to comfortably relax.

While Falcon Brae is an exclusive property, complete with chef, butler, and other staff, at certain times throughout the year, the lodge is available as a non-exclusive basis if you upgrade your Stonefly Lodge stay. A full breakfast, pre-dinner cocktails and canapes, and a gourmet, four-course meal are included in non-exclusive stays. Guests are allowed full villa access, including the main lounge and the pool deck.
